Purpose in the rear-view mirror

Moses once asked G–d, “Let me see your face.” G–D replied, “You can’t see my face, but you can…see my back.” Charlie teaches us how we’re designed to see the purpose of situations only after they’re done. He coined the term “micro-greatness” to convey how we can appreciate the value in life as it happens— even if we don’t know what it is yet.
