Understand someone else’s mind

As we observe the fast of Esther, we remember to reflect on our interactions with others and pay attention to our surroundings. 

 

A key way to make an impact is to reflect on our interactions with others. Did I project my feelings onto people? Did I give them the benefit of the doubt? Did I try to fill the gaps between my knowledge and someone else’s knowledge? Continue to ask questions and remind yourself that there is always more to learn about others.
